科研经历
2013.4 至今建立 CRISPR/Cas 系统介导人类遗传疾病模型。利用最新的 Cas9/gRNA 技术成功实现了斑马鱼中5 个人类疾病相关同源基因的敲除。
2011.9~2013.4 建立斑马鱼模式生物同源重组技术。首次在模式生物斑马鱼中实现了 TALEN 介导的同源重组，攻克了斑马鱼无法实现同源重组的世界难题。以第一作者该创新成果在《Nature》杂志子刊《Nature Methods》发表封面论文，杂志配发长篇评论《Arevolution coming to a classis model organism》。发表后11 个月内已被引用55 次。
2009.2-2014.1 基因kctd10 在斑马鱼心脏发育中的功能研究。通过定位克隆技术，发现斑马鱼心脏突变体致病基因 kctd10，并鉴定出其对心脏发育起重要作用，丰富了心脏瓣膜形成机制的理解，对先天性心脏病的发病机制和预防提供新的思路。该成果发表在《Nature》杂志子刊《Nature Communications》，本人为共同第一作者。
