实验室主任


    1. 个人基本情况:

    陈良标,男,上海海洋大学教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,入选“国家百千万人才工程”,享受国务院特殊津贴。现担任海洋生物科学国际联合研究中心主任,先后主持科技部重点研发计划、国家基金委重点、面上等国家级项目10多项, 在Nature,Nature Communications,PNAS,Nucleic Acids Research,BMC Biology,Gigascience,Molecular Biology and Evolution,Stem Cell and Development 等领域重要杂志发表了一系列论文,在鱼类的适应性进化方面取得了重要成果。获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果一等奖,海洋科学技术一等奖等奖励。担任中国水产学会水产生物技术与遗传育种专业委员会副主任委员,Zoological Research、Aquaculture and Fisheries、上海海洋大学学报、大连海洋大学学报等期刊编委。培养毕业的博士生中多人入选国家和地方人才计划。 

    1. 主要研究方向:

    陈良标博士领导的创新小组的主要研究方向是动物进化与环境基因组学。主要通过高通量的基因组测序,分子生物学,生物信息学和细胞生物学等研究手段,阐述新基因起源的分子和进化机制,鱼类环境适应的分子机制,基因组进化与环境的相互关系。目前实验室的研究方向有:
